Vacuum forming is a simplified version of thermoforming, where a sheet of plastic is heated to a forming temperature and stretched onto a single surface mould and forced against the mould by vacuum.
This process is used to create signs and protective covering. The process is commonly known as blister forming.
We have two machines to offer different capabilities.
- One offering high production, small blister type packaging of up to 600mm squared.
- larger machine capable of low production runs handling sizes up to 2.4×1.2 meters.
